Glenn Steven Bryden, formerly of Needham, died Wednesday, June 13, 2007, at the Edith Nourse Rogers Veterans Administration Hospital in Bedford. He was 57.
He was a son of the late Norman Bryden and the late Natalie (Owen) Bryden. He was the stepson of Janina S. Bryden of New Bedford.
An artist, Mr. Bryden was a former resident of Needham.
He was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, having served two tours of duty in Vietnam.
He leaves two brothers, Barry T. Bryden and his wife, Heidi, of Milford, N. H., and Norman M. Bryden III of Needham; three sisters, Kristine W. Gagne of Needham, Francesca Bryden Trevisani and her husband, Robert, of Wellesley Hills, and Elizabeth Standish Bryden of Manchester, Conn.; his cousins, James Gagne and his wife, Amy, of Millis, Stephanie Rizzo and her husband, Jason, of Sharon, Robert Weston of West Jordan, Utah, and Jan Sieswerda of Nashua, N.H.; his aunt, E. Hope Owen of Hudson, N. H.; and several nieces and nephews.
He was cousin of the late Jason Gagne.
A private funeral service will be held at the VA National Cemetery, Bourne.
Donations in his memory may be made to Disabled American Veterans Charitable Service Trust, 3725 Alexandria Pike, Cold Spring, KY 41076.
