Anne Murphy West, age 75, was born on April 4, 1941 and died peacefully on November 29, 2016 with her three daughters at her side. A resident of Whitefish Bay, Anne was the daughter of Frank Albert Murphy and Helen Brady Murphy of Manitowoc. Anne graduated from Emma Willard School in Troy, New York and received her B.A. in American History in 1963 from Northwestern University. She was previously married to Charles Cameron West II of Manitowoc, Wisconsin.
Anne is survived by daughters Margot Helen West (Frank Hanwell), Sara Murphy West Tully (John), Catherine Dunham West Madison (Manny), Neda Juricic (Scott Penry), whom she considers her "fourth daughter," and her sister Sara "Sally" Murphy Morris (David) of California. Her sister Catherine Murphy Hoag (William) preceded her in death.
Anne was a devoted grandmother to Maddie Tully, Jack Tully, Justin Madison, Brady Madison, Haia Penry and Zoe Penry.
