Elise L. Stoner, 94, Bradenton and formerly of Englewood, died Feb. 7, 2005.
She was born March 26, 1910, in Saginaw, Mich., and lived in Englewood for 40 years before moving to Manatee County in 2000. She was a bookkeeper for Miller Whol. She was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, the Deborah Circle and Oneco United Methodist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Beverly Helmer of Bradenton; a sister, Shirley Steadman of Flushing, Mich.; a brother, Dean Schmaler of Flushing; two grandsons; five great- grandchildren; and one great- great-grandchild.
No visitation or services are scheduled. Griffith-Cline Funeral Home, Manatee Avenue Chapel, is in charge.
