He was born September 29, 1946 in El Paso, Texas a son of the late Morley and Virginia (nee Weidinger) Tousley.
He was a truck driver for Praxair in Niagara Falls for many years.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
He served active duty US Army Infantry for 3 years from 1966-1969, including 12 months in Vietnam. His MOS was 11B2P-Light Weapons Infantry, and he served with the 504th Airborne Infantry, 3rd US Army.
He was Honorably Discharged with the rank of Private First Class, and earned the following awards: Combat Infantry Badge, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, and Parachute Badge.
He loved to read and was a member of the Arcade VFW as well as a member of the Attica American Legion.
He is survived by his wife Janet (nee Lounsbury) who he married on October 10, 1970 in Freedom, NY; his children: Tanya (Mike) Bykowski of Darien, Chad Tousley of South Carolina; his siblings: Sherry Typhair of Arcade, John "Jack" (Sharon) Tousley Sr. of Yorkshire and Wendy (Kyle) Fisher of Canton, NJ; his mother-in-law Jeanne Lounsbury of Freedom; his brother-in-law James Lounsbury of Freedom; his two sisters-in-law Linda (Donald) Ring of Sebring, FL, Brenda (Rick) Klein of Fillmore; also survived by four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his daughter - Tina Tousley; his sister - Roxanne Lounsbury; his sister-in-law - Susan Davidson and his nephew - John Tousley, Jr.
A private funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family.
