Brian Dean Strait, 24, of Cambridge died on Saturday, August 9, 2008 in Cambridge.
He was born November 4, 1983 at Cambridge Memorial Hospital in Cambridge, Minnesota to Dean and Sandra (Dahlberg) Strait who raised him in Cambridge. He was baptized and confirmed at Cambridge Lutheran Church, and he graduated from Cambridge-Isanti High School in 2002. He played and enjoyed sports and music, especially when with his many, many friends, all of whom will miss his laughter and unforgettable grin. Brian was a loving son to Sandra and Dean, and was big-hearted, caring and kind to everyone whose life he was a part of.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Myrtle and Gottfred Dahlberg, Amy and Clinton Strait, and Edna Strait, all of Cambridge; and uncle, Mark Strait of Shoreview, Minn.
Brian is survived by his parents Dean and Sandra Strait of Cambridge, brother David Strait of Minneapolis, uncles Tom Dahlberg of Cambridge, Richard Strait of Siren, WI, cousins Deneen Strait of Prescott, WI, Denise Strait of Frederic, WI, Doreen (Doug) Gustafson of Frederic, WI, as well as many other relatives and friends.
