Blanchard, Joseph Charles (Joseph & Alicia Blanchard) b. 15 Nov 1893 (St. Martinville Church v13 p300)

Charles Blanchard was the son of Joseph Blanchard and Alicia Blanchard Blanchard. Charles was brothers to Willie J Blanchard , Walter J Blanchard, and Lazaire Joseph Blanchard. He had half-siblings from his dad's second marriage to Marie Bourque. His half-siblings are Alicia Blanchard Laviolette, Adelia Blanchard Verret, and Luc Blanchard.

His mother died when he was young, and before his father had remarried they lived with his grand parents (Jean Baptiste Blanchard and Isabelle Borel) as shown in 1900 and 1910 census.

Children with Alice Johnson: Joseph, Lucy, Orpha, Eunice, Monita, Elise, Alice, Mildred, and Mazel.

His death certificate from the state archives shows he was buried in St. Martin parish on 0ct 14, 1942. (volume 504 page 2197)
