Moe was a member of Local No. 12, Operating Engineers and he was known for his wonderful sense of humor.
He is survived by his wife, Dee Haney of Big Pine; sons, Mike Haney of Sacramento, Larry Haney of Valencia and Steven Haney of Henderson, Nev.; daughter, Cathy Haney of Florida; two stepdaughters, Carol Lane of Highland and Geri Wilson of Bishop; one sister, Mary Lou Slinkard of Lincoln, Calif.; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
