LOSH, Van A. age 60 of West Alexandria, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly Friday, June 22, 2007,a certified diving instructor died after an accident at the Gilboa Quarry. Van retired from Delphi in 1999 and was a certified scuba instructor for SODA. He had a passion for life and an adventurous sprit, which he shared with his family and dear friends. Van attended the Community Christian Church in West Alexandria. He is preceded in death by his parents Charles and Ada (Helmick) Losh, a sister Enid Gauer, a brother Willard Stemple and his son Casey in 2003. Van is survived by his devoted family, which includes his wife of 37 years Larille (Dillon) Losh; daughter and her husband Tiffany and Mike Samuel; grandchildren Casey, Dylan, Jacob and Brittany; sisters Shirley Rexrode, June Vengen and many more relatives and very special friends. A celebration of Van's life will be held 11:00 AM Thursday at the ROGERS' FUNERAL HOME, NEW LEBANON with Pastor Doug Bottles presiding. Burial will follow at the Sugar Grove Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Wednesday from 5-8 PM.
