Ira Ralph Allen, 79, of Crab Orchard, passed away Monday, July 15th, at the Rockcastle Health & Rehabilitation Center in Brodhead. Ira was born in Livingston, Kentucky on November 8, 1939. He was a son of the late Alfred and Delia (Angel) Allen. He was a member of the Morning View Pentecostal Church and was also a member of the Livingston Masonic Lodge.
