ALVIN LOYD DARR BIG SPRING (Staff) Funeral services for Alvln Loyd Darr, 63, of Fort Stockton, will be at 4 p.m. today in the Naliey- Pickle Rosewood Chapel with burial at Altadena. Calif. He died at 9:15 a.m. Sunday in a Big Spring hospital following a four-month illness. Darr had been a resident of Fort Stockton the past 10 years. A Welder and mechanic for Welch Transport Co. of Fort Stockton, Darr was a World Warr II veteran and a member of the First Baptist Church in Knox City. Surviving are his wife; four sisters, Mrs. Roy Thompson of Ozona, Mrs. Cora Gaines of San Antonio, Mrs. Marie Dodson of Seguin and Mrs. Ruth Reeves of Knox City; three brothers Carl of Paducah, Leslie of Abilene and Wayne of Fort Worth.
