Mr. Ruth was born April 2, 1907 and was a veteran of World War II. He is survived by his wife, Victoria Mitchell Ruth, a daughter, Sharon and two sons, James and Ronald, all of the home address; and two brothers, Robert Ruth of South Bend, Ind. and Harry Ruth of Youngstown, Ohio. Services were scheduled for noon today (Thursday) at Clarke Funeral Home, Katonah, to be followed by interment in Amawalk Cemetery.
