Her hobbies and interests included gardening, canning, quilting, bird watching, and spoiling children-- especially her grandson. She had a gift for making others smile and a passion for serving others. Strangers didn’t stay strangers for long, they quickly became family. She had a passion for cooking, and if you left her house hungry, that was your own fault. Her zest and love for life were contagious and will be forever missed.
Survivors include her husband Andrew Kew; step-father, Charles Williamson; brother, Michael Treat; step-children, Drew (Misty) Kew and Shauna (Stephen) Smith; grandson, Joshua Kew; nieces, Christin (Kim) Yarbrough, Michelle Treat; her dog, Clyde and several aunts, uncles, cousins and a multitude of friends.
