A Celebration of Miss Charlotte’s life will be held at Spring Road Christian Church on Saturday July, 27, 2019 at 3:00 pm EDT. Reverend Ron Lewis will officiate.
Charlotte was born on June 25, 1947 in Elk City Oklahoma to Helen and O.C. Ashley Jr. She married Kenneth J Andrews on January 4, 1972.
Miss Charlotte as everyone knew her was an active and dedicated member of Spring Road Christian Church. She was there as often as her health would allow her to come. She had a compassion for helping others in any way possible. She enjoyed gardening and bird watching along with her dog Maggie.
She was preceded in death by her mother Helen (Hacker) Ashley and her husband Kenneth Joseph Andrews. Miss Charlotte is survived by father O.C. Ashley, son James Andrews, mother in law Wanda Andrews, sister in law Nancy Andrews, brother in law Russ (Sheila) Andrews, brother O.C. Ashley III, and nephew Caleb Ashley.
