Obituary:

Shirley Ann Kelley Turcotte, a homemaker, died Tuesday of cancer at her home. She was 54.

Mrs. Turcotte was born in Morrow and lived in Slidell for the past 30 years.

She is survived by her husband, Michael G. Turcotte Sr.; two sons, Michael G. Turcotte Jr. and Dennis Wayne Turcotte; three daughters, Karen L. Turcotte, Victoria Turcotte Hayes and Kellee L. Turcotte; her mother Irene Kelley Grevis; her father, Ernest Kelley; her stepfather, Robert Grevis; a brother, Ernest Hilton Kelley; and six grandchildren.

A funeral will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at Jacob Schoen & Son Funeral Home, 3827 Canal St. in New Orleans. Visitation will be held tonight from 7 to 10 and Thursday beginning at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Roch Cemetery No. 2 in New Orleans. Schoen Funeral Home in Slidell is in charge of arrangements.
