At home on the beautiful hills of God
By the valley of rest so fair,
Some day, some time, when our task is done,
With joy, we shall all meet there.

The funeral services were held in the Methodist church Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock, conducted by Rev. Clarence V. Powell, assisted by Mrs. C.V. Powell. Music was furnished by a quartet: Roy Shaw, Mrs. Cecil Keeney, Mrs. Robert Mickdeson (sic), and Jay Hubbell with Mrs. Russell Brodrick at the piano. Lowell Powell sang, "I Won't Have To Cross Jordan Alone," accompanied by Mrs. H.H. Hite.
