Bobby was born to the late Robert P. Arthur, Jr. and Helen Arthur-Cornett. He was a 1969 graduate of Concord High School, Concord, NC. Bobby was a CNA for many years, helping people rehabilitate at various facilities. Every person he helped had nothing but great things to say about his nursing skills. He loved going to the beach and eating seafood. He also had a passion for animals, and would pick a stray up off the road. Bobby enjoyed helping people and animals any way he could.
He is survived by his mother and sisters.
