ARCARO, Louis E., 15, of Tampa, passed away March 17, 2006. He was born in Fort Myers, Fla. His infectious smile would melt even the toughest heart. He never met a stranger, finding something nice to say about everyone. He made friends easily, loved people, family, friends, fun, laughter, life, football, paintball, movies, video games, hip-hop and rap music. To know him was to love him, for he was first to love others. Louis is survived by his mother, Lenore, and stepfather, Randy T. Ball; father, Ronald E. Arcaro Jr; brothers, maternal grandparents, Ralph and Sheila Colbert; all of Tampa; and paternal grandmother, Karen Burnette of Ohio.
