Terry was born March 23, 1995 to Larry D and Lorelei Creason and grew up in Rayville, MO. He graduated from Penn Foster High School in 2012. He worked for Bob Mills Heating and Cooling, then tried land surveying for a while before starting at Wal-Mart in 2013. Finally, in 2015, he settled in with Geodis Logistics where he stayed until diagnosed with lung cancer in February 2017. Terry loved fishing, baseball, and football.
On June 2, 2018, Terry had the honor of marrying his beloved best friend, Jessica Kay Dawkins. Their life together was short, but filled with the kind of love and happiness that people dream about. Both Terry and Jess grew up as Jehovah’s Witnesses. They made their home in the Briarcliff Congregation where they made many new and dear friends.
Terry had a huge extended family: brothers: Scott Shipley of Lawson, MO, Ryan Creason of Nixa, MO, Elgin Dothage of Fairton, NJ, and Jacob Creason of Excelsior Springs, MO; sisters: Christie Conyers of Forsyth, MO, and Amy Zahariah of Excelsior Springs, MO; brothers- and sisters-in-law; 23 nieces and nephews, plus 7 great-nieces and -nephews; aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by grandparents: Earl and Laura Cox, Mert and Dorothy Creason; father: Larry Creason; sister: Katherine Ringer: and nephew: Brandon Lee Dothage.
