Shaun Raley of New Albany, Shane Fraim of Cannelton, Christina Fraim of Tell City, and Neilecia VanWinkle of Tell City, Step Mother Floretta Baird of Tell City. Preceded in death by his mother Loretta (Underhill) Raley, and his brother Jeremey Raley. Shea was a queit gentle soul. Often misunderstood. His gentle soul is now at peace.
