Cleo C. Newcomb, 61, of 7309 E. 107th, died Monday at Baptist Memorial Hospital. He was born in Osceola, Mo., and had lived in this area 40 years. Mr. Newcomb was a route driver for the Walker Laundry Co. 27 years before he retired in 1972. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Wilma Newcomb of the home; three sons, James Newcomb, Robert Newcomb and Paul Newcomb of Kansas City; a daughter, Mrs. Donna Shaddux, Grandview; his mother, Mrs. Martha White, Belton; his stepmother, Mrs. Stella Newcomb, Lowry City, Mo.; and two grandsons. Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the Park Lawn Chapel; burial in Green Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at the chapel.
