Minnie Reed* Blythe, of 1100 Lockwood Ave., Columbus died Tuesday.
The graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Ellaville City Cemetery in Ellaville, Ga., according to Giddens Funeral Home of Ellaville.
Mrs. Blythe was born in Ellaville, daughter of Warren L. Reed and Mary Jane Allen Reed. She was a retired school teacher from Muscogee County Schools. She was the widow of Evans A. Blythe. She was a member of First Baptist Church, the McGlatchey Sunday School Class and the ADK Society.
Survivors include a sister, Mrs. C.L. Dykes of Andersonville, Ga.; a niece, Mrs. C.J. Vaughn of Griffin, Ga., two nephews, R.F. Layfield of Columbus, and George W. Dykes of Americus; a niece Mary Jane Gresham of Snellville, Ga.; and several other relatives.
