Mrs. Lee was born in Jersey City and lived there for many years before moving four years ago to Ortley Beach, Dover Township, where she had summered since 1963.
She was a nurses aide for Hudson County for 30 years, retiring in 1982.
She was a member of the Democratic Club and was a committeewoman, and belonged to AMVETS Women's Auxiliary in Jersey City. She was a member of the Seaside Heights Badge Checkers (Blue Bonnets). She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Perpetual Help.
Surviving are her husband, Robert E. Sr.; a daughter, Rosemarie ; two sons, Robert E. Jr. and James; a sister, Dominica Gasiorowski; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
