Walter Conley, 42, Former Chicago Architect, Dies
Funeral services were held in Rochester, Minn., yesterday for Walter H. Conley, 42 years old, former Chicago architect who died on Tuesday in his home in Washington. For the last 18 months, Mr. Conley had been with the Federal housing administration. He was the designer of the "Chicago Map of 1833." His widow and a son, Charles, survive.
