Joe Virgil Calder, our beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. Joe passed away on August 15, 2019 in Muskogee, OK. He was born on April 19, 1949 to Ervin and Lillian Calder.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Evelyn Martin; and his wife of 44 years, Juanita Calder.

He is survived by two brothers, Eddie Calder and wife Bonnie of Houston, TX and Wilbert Calder and wife Leta Calder of Grand Saline, TX; one step daughter, Anita Clement of Dallas, TX; one step son, Larry Nievar of Hawkins, TX; two grandchildren, Sean Clement of Dallas, TX and Elysha Nievar Owens of Chandler, TX; one sister-in-law, Carolyn Ybarra of Warner, OK; one brother-in-law, Dale Berry and wife Cynthia of Warner, OK as well as many nieces and nephews.

He was retired from Locke Supply. His love for Jehovah God, his family, his friends, and his home gave him the compassion to aid all those who came to him in need and he was always prepared to share his wisdom. He had a great appreciation for Bible knowledge and will be missed by all who knew him.
