David A. Coleman, native of Troy, died early today at his residence in West Albany after a long illness. He was the son of the late Alfred and Mary Callahan Coleman. Survivors include his widow, who was Miss Anna McGahan; three daughters, Mrs. Alice Hoefer of West Albany. Mrs. William C. Hines of San Jose, Cal., and Mrs. Leslie MacCubbin of this city; five sons, David J. of San Jose, Cal., Alfred J., James T., J. Paul and Philip H. Coleman of West Albany; five sisters, Mrs. William T. Quinn of New York, the Misses Grace and Anna Coleman of Cambridge, Mass., Mrs. Edward Worden of Albany and Miss Ruth Coleman of this city, and one brother, Thomas D. Coleman of Cohoes. The funeral will be held Thursday morning from the J. W. Burns' Sons, Inc., Fifth Avenue Funeral Chapel.
