Mr. Babb was born in Fountain Inn to the late Lawrence Adger Babb and Hazel Josephine Smith Babb. He worked at ParaChem for many years and was a member of Clear Spring Baptist Church. Tony loved music, especially Elvis, and playing the guitar. He enjoyed the lake and motor sports. He collected Hot Wheels cars and loved puzzles. He was a huge fan of NASCAR, the USC Gamecocks, and the Miami Dolphins.
Surviving are a brother, Randy Babb and wife Lou Anne; and a niece, Maranda Ford and husband Scott.
