Susan was born to Henry Eaton and Beverly Ware, living her early years in Detroit, Mi, and its suburbs. she graduated from Airport High School in Oklahoma, in 1974 and Monroe Community College, on a music scholarship. In 1978 Susan moved to Oklahoma, attending the University of Ok . she worked with the Oklahoma tax commission of America and then in 1992 the Paychex company, in 1999 she transferred to Paychex in Toledo where her career ended in 2008. titled as Senior Account Executive. Susan, married in 2010 Delwyn Ehresman, who survives as well as her father and stepmother, Henry & Judy Humbyrd Eaton of Rose, Ok. a sister Connie Burns of Tulsa, Ok, and stepsister Cindy Granham Botts, stepbrothers David Graham, in Siloam Springs, AR. and Johnathon Graham of Tulsa Ok.
Susan was predeceased by her mother Beverly Ware Eaton. four grandparents, three uncles and three aunts.
Susan had an amazingly quick wit and an off-beat sense of humor, Knowledgeable about many musical genres, active in Canterbury Chorale of Oklahoma City Philharmonic Orchestra and in Monroe Michigan Community Band and Chorus. She was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Monroe, where she served as treasurer. Susan was also the primary organizer for the Airport Class of 1974 reunions.
Susan did extensive genealogy research on her father's Eaton, mother's Ware and Forgach, as well as her husband Ehresman side.
Susan's remains will be buried in Forest Hills Cemetery, Evart, Mi, hometown of her Eaton forebears. Sept 3, 2019 at 1 Pm, attended by her family.
