THE GLORIOUS, FABULOUS AND INFECTIOUS SPIRIT OF SHERRY SANCHEZ HILL WILL FOREVER CONTINUE... AND WE ARE FOREVER GRATEFUL!
Romans 8:28
And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.

Sherry Sanchez Hill lived an abundant life, living each day to serve God with her PURPOSE. For those of us who loved and knew her, we know her PURPOSE was to touch and change the lives of each child she met, mentored and loved. At the top of this list were her beautiful sons, Jalen and Andre. She lived each day for them. She attended every one of Jalen’s games and loved Andre’s beautiful singing voice each day he danced and sang in the living room! She always told her sons to “walk away and always be the better person” in each situation they would encounter.
Her Colorado I Have A Dream Foundation kids were inspired by Sherry. She called them her “Dreamers.” And each one of these children were loved and inspired in their own special way from fifth grade to adulthood.
Over the past 10 years, she has poured that same level of love into her students and staff relationships at her job as a School Counselor at Murphy Creek P-8.
And who can forget all of her Soccer Boys from Jalen’s team…. From the sidelines we can still hear her shout, “Go Baby!!!” and before the game her Facebook post read “Kick some Grass!!”
Sherry loved all of us deeply! Each person in her life had a special friendship, relationship and place in her BiG heart.
She inspired us all to live life to the fullest. Even in her last few years battling breast cancer twice, she never missed an event or game for her children.
This Saturday we will lay her to rest and invite you to join the family in an all day event to celebrate the life and times of Sherry!

Service was held ony April 12th at the Victory Outreach Church in Arvada Colorado.

Internment was at Mt. Olivet in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.

Reception was held after at Arvada West High School in Arvada, CO.

Sherry will be dearly missed by her sons, family, friends and co-workers.
