This was John's dog. She was 5 years old when I first met her, she was a liver and white colored full breed English Springer Spaniel. A very protective dog in her family. She was glad to have me and Teko join the family and fell in love with us both as we fell in love with her and accepted her naturally into our lives. We all slept in the same bed the first night we were together, she accepted Teko my dog whole heartedly and shared her bed and her life. Teko was 17. 3 months old when he came to live with Patches and passed 9 months later on May 29 2004. Patches was very upset when Teko passed away that's all I will say because it was a very sad time for John and I because my mother had passed that year, and we had plans to visit his mother in the cemetery in Mobridge. It was easier only because we had each other and had been married for only 9 months and loved each other very much. Also Patches was a bird dog a pointer... when Doves landed in the yard she would point them out to us... Also when ever she seen a spider she would point that out to me? LOL
