Warren enjoyed watching his ballgames. He would often ask who we were rooting for and what we thought of a game. He enjoyed people coming over to visit even though it was pretty toasty in there. Warren had many people that he liked to cut up with. He appreciated the nurses who cared for him. We are sure he joked around with them when he was not being stubborn. The family would like to express thanks to Amedisys Home Health staff, Hancock Manor Nursing Home staff, Hancock County Hospital, Hancock Medical Clinic, Dr. John Short & Dr. Casey Johnson. In addition, the family would like to thank Warren’s special friends, Lorene Craine who would help get him to and fro and they were good buddies and Tina Seal who would help him out some as well. Warren served in the Army during the Korean Conflict. He also had a generous side and would donate to St. Joseph’s Missionary on the Native American Reservation. He was pretty good about remembering birthdays much better than the younger generation. We will miss his ornery laugh and his twinkle in his eyes as he would tell jokes. Rest easy Grant (Dad). Enjoy those ballgames and easy listening music up there in Heaven. See you on the other side.
