A. Berniece Kulp, age 97, of Lansdale died peacefully on June 19th at Brittany Point Estates. Born in Linfield, she was the daughter of the late George and Roseanne Thomas Brant. She has lived in the North Penn area for over 25 years and was formerly from East Stroudsburg. Berniece graduated from Royersford High School where she captained the girl’s basketball team. Berniece was a homemaker and also worked at the Post Office in Delaware Water Gap. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church and was Past Matron of the Monroe Chapter #99, OES. She also volunteered at blood drives with the American Red Cross and as a Cub Scout den mother. Berniece also enjoyed bowling, knitting and playing pinochle. Her beloved husband Henry B. Kulp died on May 17, 1989. Survivors include her adult children Eleanor Rogers and her husband Richard of East Stroudsburg, Chip Kulp and his wife Nancy of Schuylkill Haven, and John Kulp and his wife Phyllis of Bethlehem and her son in law Frank Krimm of Lansdale. Also surviving are 9 grandchildren Sue (Mike) Tierney, Mike (Erika) Krimm, Lourie (Jim) Gerst, Tom (Barb) Rogers, Cindy (Dennis) Gill, Matt (Colleen) Kulp, Dan (Jenn) Kulp, Ben (Lauren) Kulp and Tim Kulp and 16 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her baby son Henry B. Kulp, Jr., her daughter Annette Krimm, her brother George Brant, her sister Elaine Grebe, sister in law Betty Brant and brother in law John Grebe.
