Walter was the son of Alfred and Effie Holland Aubin. He lived in Sanford, Maine most of his life and was employed by Brooks Wollen Co. and Seamloc Carpet Co. After his retirement, he worked as a school crossing guard in Sanford and always made sure each child was properly dressed for the weather. He was a veteran of World War II. He married in Sanford, Maine, Bella (Parent) Morin on March 7, 1964 as her second husband.
