An amazing man, husband, father and Papa. He was and is very much loved; and is deeply missed by all who knew him.


Doerr, Raymond A., age 82 of Anderson Twp., passed away peacefully on February 7, 2017. Preceded in death by his beloved wife of 41 years, Shirley Hancock Doerr, parents Joseph and Hilda Sieber Doerr, and siblings Joseph Doerr, Elizabeth Bambeck, and Thomas Doerr. He is survived by his treasured daughter, cherished grandsons, brother Louis Doerr, along with numerous nieces and nephews. He proudly served his country in the United States Army Corps of Engineers during the Korean Conflict in Company D, 13th Combat Engineer Battalion. Besides his family, he was proud of his work as a prototype specialist for Hess & Eisenhardt. Funeral services will be held at T.P. White & Sons Funeral Home, 2050 Beechmont Ave., Mt. Washington, on Saturday, Feb. 11th at 12 pm. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Saturday from 11 am to 12 pm. Interment with military honors will follow at Mt. Moriah Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Vitas Hospice. www.tpwhite.com
