Preston L. Driskill, age 88, of Fredonia passed away on Wednesday, September, 18, 2019 at Parkview Nursing and Rehab Center in Paducah. He was a farmer, member of Walnut Grove Baptist Church and member of Shady Grove Masonic Lodge #559.
Survivors include two daughters, Charlotte Driskill of Fredonia, Sondra Newcom & husband, Danny of Marion; one son, Robert Allen Driskill & wife, Becky of Fredonia; one sister, Anna Jane Bond of Louisville; three grandchildren, Robert Lynn Driskill & Julie, Cassie Driskill & Patrick Turnage, Kyle Newcom; two great grandchildren, Gracie Driskill & Abby Kirk; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Willa Dean Driskill; parents, Cam & Allie Wilson Driskill; one brother, McKetis Driskill; three sisters, Inez Hill, Ida Belle Brasher, Mary Guess.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2019 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Lakeland Funeral Home. Masonic services will be at 7:00 PM on Saturday at the funeral home.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday at 2:00 PM at the funeral home with Rev. Rex Jones and Dr. Dewayne Driskill officiating. Burial will follow in Paradise Cemetery in Livingston County.
