Mrs. Annie Elizabeth Marshall, widow of John Fulton Marshall, died today in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Arthur W. Hawks, Jr., at Ruxton, after a prolonged illness.
Mrs. Marshall was 76 years old. Her husband, who was a Baltimore business man, died about three years ago. They celebrated their golden wedding anniversary before his death. Mrs. Hawks is their only child.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 10:30 A.M. at Mrs. Hawks' home. They will be conducted by the Rev. William O. Smith, rector of the Protestant Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd in Ruxton. Burial will be in Druid Hill Cemetery. The pallbearers will be H. F. Meyer, Samuel W. Wiley, James F. Hayward, Richard D. Steuart, Warren W. Brown and Arthur W. Hawks, Jr.
