Iantha, Mo.--- Graveside services for Claude E. Butler, 68 years old, former resident of Iantha, who died at 11 o'clock Saturday night at his home at Yakima, Wash., following an illness of one year, will be at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon at the Iantha cemetery.
The Rev. W. C. Haddock will officiate. Burial will be under direction of Lohmeyer-Konantz funeral home, Lamar.
Mr. Butler was born September 10, 1900, in Iantha. He was the son of the late John E. and Lillie May Butler, former residents of Lamar. Mr. Butler was a retired lumberman.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Claudella Davidson, Kansas City, Mo.; a son, John Butler, Kansas City, Mo.; six sisters, Mrs. Gilbert Levaugh, Lamar, Mrs. Thomas Thornburg and Mrs. Virgil Lawrence, both of Iantha. Mrs. Carrie Robertson, Volcano, Calif, Mrs. Cecil Capps, Independence, Kan., and Mrs. Eva Bell, Wenatchee, Wash.; two brothers, James W. Butler, Olatha, Kan., and Charley Butler, Yakima, Wash., and five grandchildren.
