Information found in the Gilbert Cemetery notebook, on file at the Gordon Browning Museum and Genealogical Library, states; "No Stones found for the following, but elder members of the family have stated that they were buried in the Gilbert Cemetery". Under Fannie's name reads; "Last known burial in the Gilbert Cemetery. In 1943 there was still a handwritten paper marker showing burial by Penick Brothers Funeral Home".
