Beverly Fern Curtis Allen peacefully left this earth and joined her eternal companion on July 5, 2017, at her home in Pocatello, Idaho. Beverly was born August 5, 1932 in Pocatello, ID to Doyle and Dolores Curtis. She attended Pocatello High School where she met her eternal sweetheart, Stephen Neil "Moose"Allen. They were married on July 27, 1950 and for 66 years made beautiful "Moosic" together. They were sealed for time and eternity in the Idaho Falls Temple on February 21, 1951.

Beverly always had a sewing project at hand. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting and embroidering dish towels which she loved to give as gifts. She loved to make quilts and she made a quilt for each of her grandchildren. She enjoyed playing games and doing puzzles with family and friends. She valued time spent with her family including holiday activities, annual campouts, and sibling luncheons, (always with a camera in hand).

Beverly was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and served faithfully in many callings. She loved being a visiting teacher and loved those she served. Beverly served beside her loving companion for 27 years in the Idaho Falls Temple.

Beverly was preceded in death by her loving husband, Neil, her parents, and brother, Eddie Curtis. She is survived by five children: Steve (Kay) Allen of South Jordan, Utah, Terri (Steven) Allbright of Chubbuck, Idaho, Sharon (Dee) Anderson of West Jordan, Utah, Dave (Debbie) Allen of Spanish Fork, Utah, Carol (Scott) Cooper of West Valley, Utah, 19 grandchildren and 52 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by four siblings: Wanda Burgoyn, Barbara Chatterton, Kathryn Call, and Ken (Dixie) Curtis.

Her family would like to thank Heritage Hospice and Caring Hearts for their help in making it possible for her to be at home surrounded by her loved ones.

Her family will receive family and friends at a viewing from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, July 7, 2017 at Cornelison Funeral Home, 431 N.15th Ave, Pocatello, Idaho.
