Born Aug. 15, 1932, in Philipsburg, he was a son of Michael and Mary (Werba) Fetcenko.
Mr. Fetcenko was a member of St. John the Baptist Orthodox Church, Chester Hill.
He was the cutting room supervisor with Charles Navasky and Co., Philipsburg, until his retirement.
On Nov. 10, 1956, he married the former Yvonne Sabol. She survives at home.
He is also survived by two daughters, Karen Hughes and her husband, Greg, of Philipsburg, and Kim Fetcenko of Philipsburg; four sisters, Margaret Salvatore and her husband, Paul, Pauline Verost of Philipsburg, Mary Swansegar of Philipsburg and Irene Engle and her husband, John, of Ohio; two brothers, Lawrence Fetcento nd his wife, Elisa, of Ohio and Raymond Fetcenko of Ohio; two grandchildren, Heather and Kyra Hughes, both of Philipsburg; and a sister-in-law, Anna Mae Fetcenko of Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, George and Thomas Fetcenko; and one sister, Dorothy Fetcenko.
The funeral service will be held Friday, July 13, 2007, at 11 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Orthodox Church with the Rev. John Horosky officiating.
Burial will follow at St. John the Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Thursday, July 12, 2007, from 6-9 p.m. at the Beezer-Heath Funeral Home, Philipsburg.
Panikhida will be held Thursday at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
