Michael Logan Wilkerson, age 57, of Highland, AR passed away on Sunday October 9, 2016 at UAMS in Little Rock, AR. Michael as born on November 13, 1958 in Houston, TX to the late John Logan Wilkerson and Marjorie Denny Tate. Michael was a retired truck driver.
Michael is survived by his wife Lynda Wilkerson, daughter Brandy (husband Scotty) Welter of Jonesboro,AR, sons Johnathan (wife Jessica) Wilkerson of Virginia and Justin Wilkerson of Highland, AR, mother Marjorie Tate of Highland, AR, seven grandchildren and a sister Johnie Faye Jennings. He is preceded in death by his father, John L. Wilkerson and sister Roberta Gail.
A visitation will be held Tuesday October 11, 2016 at the First Baptist Church of Hardy from 6PM to 8PM. A funeral service will be held Wednesday October 12, 2016 beginning at 2PM located also at the First Baptist Church of Hardy in Hardy, AR. Interment will follow afterwards at Oxford Cemetery in Oxford, AR.
