Thomas J. Stigall Jr. Thomas J. Stigall Jr., 85, of 2050 Old Lexington Road, died Wednesday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. Born May 6, 1907, in Lincoln County, he was the son of the late Thomas J.and Lucy Ballard Stigall. He was a retired line foreman with South Central Bell Telephone Co., a member of the Telephone Pioneers and Lexington Avenue Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Pauline Tuttle Stigall; a daughter, Elizabeth Lynn Anderson of Lexington; two sons, Dr. Robert W. Stigall of Danville and Dr.Tommy T. Stigall of Baton Rouge, La.;
