Ronald Dale Latham Sr., age 73, of Dardanelle, passed away Saturday, October 26, 2019, at Dardanelle Nursing and Rehabilitation. He was born on November 15, 1945, in Wild Cat Hollow to Dan Willie and Arvie Marie Reynolds Latham.

He was a member of Russellville First Assembly, and was a former Royal Ranger leader and Sunday school superintendent.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter, Karla Gayle Stanton; a brother, Verl Latham; three sisters, Eva McGuire, Sue Carter, and Sharon Cook.

Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Donna Reid Latham; a son and daughter-in-law, Ronald Dale Jr. and Crystal Latham of Dardanelle; a son-in-law, Billy Stanton of Russellville; two brothers and sister-in-law, Manford and Birtha Latham of Dardanelle and Johnny Latham of Dardanelle; two sisters, Iva Reece of Mount George and Faye Rose of Dardanelle; six grandchildren, Colten (Katie) Latham, Haley Stanton, Kaden Latham, Chelsea (Eric) Schrock, Ashlyn Henry, and Chase Hickey; three great-grandchildren, Lincoln Dale Latham, and Aimsley and Raeleigh Schrock.

The funeral will be at 2:00 p.m., on Tuesday, October 29, 2019, at the Shinn Chapel with the Rev. Mike Norberg and the Rev. Roy Chisum officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery near Jerusalem under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.

The family will receive friends from 1:30 until service at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105-1905.Honorary Pallbearers are Toby Coffee, John Woodson, Gene Hall, James Lee Witt, Dean Collins, John Parker and Bill Williams.
