EDINBURGH - Funeral service for Kathryn Juanita Dyke Hamilton, 78, of Franklin, will be conducted by the Rev. Mike Johnson at 2 p.m. Saturday at Long Funeral Home, where calling will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today and 10 a.m. to service time on Saturday. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery.

Mrs. Hamilton died Wednesday evening at Homeview Center in Franklin. She was a former resident of Edinburgh.

Born April 21, 1910, in Brown County, Mrs. Hamilton was the daughter of James and Only Oma Whitlock Bay. She was married to Robert William Dyke on Oct. 22, 1928. He died in 1967. She was then married to Robert Hamilton.

Surviving are a son, John Dyke of Franklin; a sister, Louise Hawkins of Indianapolis; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sisters and four brothers.
