Arlene Jean Riddle, 86, of Easton, formerly of Phillipsburg, passed away Sunday, Oct. 27, 2019, in Old Orchard Health Care Center.

Born Jan. 4, 1933, in Easton she was the daughter of the late Charles and Helen (Connell) Rustay.

Her husband, Jonathan, died June 18, 2017. She was a homemaker. She was an avid Phillipsburg Stateliner football fan and an Elvis fan. Her family meant the world to her.

She was a former member of Ss. Philip and James Catholic Church.

Jean is survived by a son, Joseph Breithoff (wife, Carolyn) in North Carolina; two daughters, Deborah Sommer (husband, Alan) of Holland Township and Diane Baskin (husband, Jeffrey) of Bethlehem; a sister, Barbara Peer of Easton; six grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by two brothers, James and Gerald.

Funeral services will be held Monday, Nov. 4, 2019, at 11 a.m. in the Doyle-Devlin Funeral Home, Inc., 695 Corliss Ave., Phillipsburg, NJ. Visitation will be held Sunday from 4 to 6 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be in Bloomsbury Cemetery.
