(60 North), who died of injuries suffered May 17 at 10:15 p.m. in an automobile-motorcycle accident on the Cottonwood Diagonal, will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Holladay LDS Stake House, 4917 Viewmont St. (2085 East). Born Dec 16, 1938, Salt Lake City, to Arthur E. and Viola May Samuelson Allen. Married Patsy Ann Johnson Oct. 24, 1956, Salt Lake City; divorced. Mechanic. Served in the Marine Corps 1956 to 1962. Member LDS Church. Survivors: daughter, Teresa Rae, Salt Lake City; sons, Russell Scott, Robert Joseph, both Salt Lake City; mother, Mrs. W. Douglas (Viola May) Allen, Salt Lake City; father, Chief Deputy Sheriff, Arthur E. Allen, Midvale; sister, Mrs. C.
