Born Dec 16, 1938, Salt Lake City, to Arthur E. and Viola May Samuelson Allen. Married Patsy Ann Johnson Oct. 24, 1956, Salt Lake City; divorced. Mechanic. Served in the Marine Corps 1956 to 1962. Member LDS Church. Survivors: daughter, Teresa Rae, Salt Lake City; sons, Russell Scott, Robert Joseph, both Salt Lake City; mother, Mrs. W.
