Jay Dippel, age 76, of Village Mills, Texas was a former resident of Bryan. He was retired from the United States Army after twenty years of service and was a Vietnam Veteran. He also retired as the Business Manager of the Biology Department Texas A&M University. He is survived by his wife, Eleanor Dippel; one son and daughter-in-law, Henry and Nancy Dippel; one daughter and son-in-law, Michele and Wayman Wells and two grandchildren, Catherine Gouch and Kimberly Waddell.
