Carroll J. Feeser, 85, of Jonesboro, Arkansas passed away Thursday, August 8, 2019 at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House. He was born January 7, 1934 in Harper County Oklahoma to the late Floyd Ralph and Ester Octavia Foster Feeser. He was a member of the Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church. an AA Leader of Fellowship for thirty-eight years and a Navy Veteran.
