He is survived by his wife, Mary; two children, Kristy Stark and her husband Jake, Elkland, and James Compton and his wife Dara, Marshfield; four grandchildren, Taylor, Landon and Madalyn Stark, and Hailey Compton; his parents, Jim and Eula Compton, Strafford; two sisters, Shirley Kepley and her husband, Adrian, Fair Grove, and Linda Wright and her husband, Curtis, Strafford; and several other relatives and friends.
