She spent her younger years in Texas County with her family.
She later moved to Topeka, Kan.,where she married Hubert Brokmann. They had one son, Duncan Eugene, who died at age 3. The Brokmanns divorced.
She later married Warren B. Moore. They lived many years in
the Carbondale, Kan., community,where she was a beautician working out of her home.
In addition to her son, she was preceded in death by Mr. Moore in 1977; two sisters, Helen Zirschky and Mildred Lohness; and one brother, Eldon Zirschky.
Surviving are two sisters, Eula Lee Scribner of Leesburg, Fla., and Devonia Cazier of Alta Loma, Calif.;and a nephew, Harley Lohness,who was her caregiver for the last
12 years.
Graveside services were April 4 at the Mount Hope Cemetery in Topeka under the direction of Davidson Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the Topeka Rescue Mission in the care of the funeral home, 1035 N. Kansas,Topeka, Kan. 66608.
