Norma Williams Overly Startup Johnson
1920 - 2010
Norma was born June 4, 1920, in Kanarraville, Utah, to Rees James and Ruth Taylor Williams. She loved everyone and all of God's creations. She outlived all of her husbands, Lazelle Howard "Pete" Overly, Ralph Startup, having given many years of loving care to him in his final years, and finally, Max Johnson, whom she loved dearly. Max played an important role as grandfather to all of the grandchildren who never knew their grandfather, Pete. Karol, Norma's only daughter passed away of a sudden illness and surgery in 1963, at 16 years old. This tragic loss changed and shaped Norma into the compassionate, loving person she became and all of her loved ones knew. Her three living sons, Drew, Brad (Patti) and Paul (Janna) Overly, will miss her terribly. Norma William Overly Startup Johnson passed away September 28, 2010. She lived a wonderful 90 years.
